Independence of Kosovo/"New Born" takes a different look, here is the message

The "New Born" monument in Kosovo has received a new appearance for this 15th anniversary of the declaration of independence. The monument has been painted with the colors of the Kosovo flag while the order of the letters has been changed.
This change shows the message "No New Broken Republic" which refers to the Association of Serbian Municipalities. This issue, part of the Franco-German plan, has ignited fierce debates in politics in Pristina and Belgrade.
