Her husband paid 30 thousand euros for her murder/ The hearing for the murder of Liridona Ademaj continues today, her brother's testimony is expected

Today at 09:00, the court hearing in the case of the murder of Liridona Ademaj will continue at the Basic Court of Pristina, an event that has shocked public opinion.
According to media lawyer Flutura Kusari, the victim's brother, Leonard Ademaj, is expected to testify during the hearing, unless there is a change in the agenda. The news was announced through a post on her Facebook page.
"Tomorrow at 9:00, the trial in the case of the murder of Liridona Ademaj continues. Liridona's brother, Leonardi, is expected to testify tomorrow (if there are no changes). I hope the media will join us in following the hearing," Kusari wrote.
Meanwhile, two days ago, the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry completed the psychiatric evaluation of Naim Murseli, who is accused of organizing the murder of his wife, Liridona.
According to the institute's report, Naim Murseli does not suffer from any mental disorder or illness, nor from any temporary condition that would affect his judgment or perception of reality.
The forensic examination emphasizes that at the time of committing the criminal offense, Murseli was aware of his actions and did not have any psychological condition that would have made him incapable of understanding the significance of the offense or controlling his behavior.
Also, no signs of drug or alcohol abuse were found.
In the initial hearing held on January 31, 2025, Naim Murseli pleaded not guilty to the murder of his wife Liridona Ademaj, Granit Plava did not plead guilty, and Kushtrim Kokalla said that he would not plead guilty without consulting the defense. Meanwhile, the defendant Tom Dodaj pleaded guilty. The latter, after pleading guilty, was sentenced to 5 years in prison and a 5,000 euro fine.
The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina on January 15, 2025 filed an indictment against Naim Murseli, Granit Plavë, Kushtrim Kokalla and Tom Dodajt.
The indictment states that initially the plan was revealed to Kokalla by Murseli, but he refused to find an opportunity to kill Liridona, and then Kokalla found Plava, with whom he had introduced Naim. Naim Murseli himself is said to have obtained the gun with 20 cartridges from the accused Tom Dodaj, from whom he bought it for 280 euros. With this gun, the murder of the now deceased was committed.
According to the indictment, due to the disordered family and marital relations, during which anger and a desire for revenge arose in the first defendant Naim Murseli, the latter has now made a plan to remove the late Liridona from his life.
The indictment states that after June 25, 2022, when the life insurance policy in the name of Liridona Murseli was paid with the Folksam company, in the amount of 3,000,000 Swedish kronor, in order to have financial benefits after the murder, Naimi disclosed the plan to liquidate his wife to the third defendant (Kushtrim Kokalla) and asked him to find an opportunity to kill her.
