The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj has requested that the Court set a one-month detention measure for FR and JM, suspected of murdering a person in the village of Bibaj in Ferizaj on August 16.
The Ferizaj Prosecutor's Office gave details of how the murder took place in the parking lot of a wedding hall in Bibaj, where the police officer, FR, was involved, who allegedly committed the murder with an official weapon.
The murder, according to the authorities, happened at 19:26 on Friday.
" At the entrance to the parking lot of the wedding hall in the village of Bibaj, the defendant FR, the defendant FR, for low motives with the intention of depriving him of his life, as soon as they notice the deceased entering the aforementioned parking lot, the defendants each with their own vehicles stopped at the place of the event, where the defendant JM held a strong tool [teshlica] in his hand and rushed towards the deceased. And the defendant FR, with the official automatic weapon, shot several times at the deceased SS, and in that case also put other people who were together with the deceased at risk", the announcement said.
The authorities announced the day before that FR had turned himself in to the authorities.
Meanwhile, the Police Inspectorate of Kosovo announced that JM had also been arrested, suspected of complicity in the crime of "serious murder"./ REL
