During his speech at the meeting of the DP National Council, Berisha said that Minister Belinda Balluku does not have a diploma, and that in violation of the law she has forged one for herself.
According to him, Balluk was taken to court for a fake diploma. However, Berisha did not provide details about who took Belinda to court for the diploma.
The DP leader further defends Belind Këlliç, saying that when socialists hear that Balluku has a forged diploma, they then say that Belind also has one.
"Now, where is the problem with the diploma? Her problem is with Lubia, because they took Lubia to the prosecutor's office for having a fake diploma. You know what? She doesn't have a diploma, she forged her diploma. They sued her at the prosecutor's office and now when the socialists hear that Lubia has forged her diploma, they will say that Belindi has also forged it. This is none of their business," said Berisha.
Berisha: The war between them is the most savage war that could have erupted within the species. Edi Rama took the diploma of Belind Këlliç, who, together with Etion Kapedani, are the two Albanians who came out with the highest results among the 1,000 students their school had in New York.
