The Criminal Court of Kosovo sets the date for the first court session against Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi

The Special Anti-Corruption Court has set June 5 as the first hearing date for the case against former President Ilir Meta and his ex-wife, Monika Kryemadhi. The hearing is expected to be held at 11:00 AM.

SPAK accuses both of them of the property issue, while the process for the other three has been taken over.

Meta and Kryemadhi have denied the accusations and call the process political.

During the preliminary hearings at the GJKKO, there was no shortage of accusations and tensions in the courtroom, where one of the debated issues was the glass cage, which Meta and his lawyer are requesting to be removed.
