By Ilir Meta: All those who followed Prime Minister Rama's statement on 20.10.2020 alongside the Greek Foreign Minister, Dendias, were happy because they said, well, finally this Sea Issue, which drove us crazy for 11 years, was resolved with justice and understanding between the two parties.
But those few people who were inside the history and dynamics of this issue understood that at that moment the Prime Minister of Albania was acting with unbridled zeal as the voluntary Spokesperson of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and therefore the head of Greek diplomacy was nodding his head, with great pleasure, to this "agreement" between the two parties, while at that moment there was only one side on the screen, namely the Greek side (the Minister with the voluntary Spokesperson).
It is proven with state documents classified for 50 years that Greek diplomacy under the leadership of "New Democracy" wanted to undo the entire negotiation process developed in 2018, which favored Albania, which was damaged by the 2009 Agreement due to double standards, which the great "patriot" Edi Rama himself, at that time in opposition, had denounced, all the way to the Constitutional Court, which not only considered the 2009 Agreement unconstitutional, which "surprisingly" from a formal point of view, had not only excluded the plenipotentiary power of the President of the Republic, but had also violated the Prime Minister's Order.
Not only that, but thanks to Edi Rama's own investment in the opposition at the time, the Constitutional Court issued a special binding decision on how an agreement like this or similar to it should be negotiated.
Precisely, in respect of this decision but also the final resolution of this issue with Greece, in full cooperation with the Government and its proposals, I, as President of the Republic, granted Authorization No. 733, dated March 19, 2018, and the Power of Attorney for the negotiating group.
After a voluminous amount of work was done and over 80% of the remaining issues were agreed upon at a technical level, the Greek side suddenly demands that negotiations for the remaining issues be conducted based on the political will of both parties.
For this reason, I will meet with Prime Minister Rama at the Presidency on June 13, 2018, and we agree that he will negotiate these remaining issues based on political will with the Greek side to close this issue forever in the mutual interest and before the elections in Greece.
Of course, in order to do this, a full authorization from the President of the Republic was required, which could only be done after an official request to be provided with it from the Prime Minister.
Such a request never came because Edi Rama was ordered not to close the deal. (By whom?!)
Meanwhile, a deception was invented, which served the Greek side, but also the opinion that President Meta was becoming an obstacle.
Ndaj pas 3 muajsh pritjeje, më 21 shtator 2018, me shkresën Nr. 327/9 i kërkoj Kryeminstrit Rama të sillte kërkesën për Autorizimin për të mbyllur negociatat me palën greke.
Pra isha unë që doja t’i jepja autorizimin dhe jo ai që e kërkonte.
Kjo më detyroi të sqaroja gjerë e gjatë edhe Z. Avramopulos, Komisioner i BE, gjatë një vizite në Tiranë, kur ai më pyeti se pse po e bllokoja unë Marrëveshjen.
Pasi e sqarova në mënyrë shteruese se “bllokimi” im ishte mashtrimi i radhës i kërkova t’i transmetonte Kryeministrit Tsipras vullnetin tim më të fortë për ta mbyllur këtë çështje përgjithmonë.
Por me zgjedhjet e korrikut të vitit 2019 dhe fitoren e “Demokracisë së Re”, e cila ishte edhe nënshkruese e Marrëveshjes së vitit 2009 për Detin, qëndrimi i Greqisë zyrtare ndryshoi.
Ajo kërkonte “anullim loje” për negociatat zyrtare të 2018 dhe dakordësimet e arritura midis dy palëve.
Por që grekët të dilnin seriozë (siç edhe janë për çështjet kombëtare) nuk donin të mohonin vetë dakordësimet e arritura zyrtarisht në vitin 2018, ndaj kërkuan një karagjoz si Zëdhënës vullnetar në Tiranë.
Pse të dilnin grekët kundër grekëve? Pse të dilte Mitsotakis kundër Tsipras? Pse të dilte Dendias kundër Kotzias? Ishte gati Edi Rama i vitit 2020 të dilte kundër Edi Ramës së vitit 2018 dhe Edi Ramës së vitit 2009. Se mos e ka për herë të parë.
Si mund ta humbte këtë rast kameleoni Kryeministër?
Aq më tepër në kushtet kur opozita kishte braktisur Kuvendin dhe askush nuk mund t’i kërkonte llogari.
Për më tepër që në Hagë do e çonte “zgjidhjen”, pra në Hollandën e “kryeopozitarit” të asaj kohe.
“Shumë mirë” që Kryeministri i Shqipërisë u dakordësua me palën greke.
Po dakordësimin brenda palës shqiptare si e formësoi dhe zyrtarizoi?
Në bazë të cilit akt kushtetues, ligjor apo administrativ?
Si “hazërxhevap” që është mund të përgjigjet se ai, Kryeministri Edi Rama u dakordësua me Ministrin e Jashtëm, Edi Rama dhe kaq ishte e mjaftueshme në atë kohë!! E ç’rëndësi ka që është i njëjti person, a janë dy funksione të ndryshme?!
Si të mos mjaftonte ky shkelmim i negociatave zyrtare të vitit 2018 dhe arritjeve të tyre në interes të Shqipërisë, kur pala greke shpalli 12 milje ky bëri hosana me vrap edhe mediatikisht, ndërsa duhej të ndiqte rrugën e duhur sipas së drejtës ndërkombëtare për t’u ankuar për këtë veprim të njëanshëm.
Për një sms të Ramës dhe Veliajt, Shqipëria humbi në arbitrazh ndërkombëtar mbi 120 milion dollarë nga kompania e Beketit.
Ndërkohë që se çfarë e pret në Hagë, Edi Rama e di shumë mirë edhe nga “Omnis Strategy”, kompania (e zonjës Blair) që ky e pagoi 3 milion euro si konsulencë për këtë çështje, konkluzionet e së cilës nuk u bënë kurrë publike. (Po pse?!)
Ndërkohë për të mbuluar këto krime kushtetuese, ligjore dhe kombëtare në zgjedhjet lokale të 2023 shpiku historinë patriotike kundër Fredi Belerit, i cili edhe u rrëmbye në mënyrë mafioze dhe që prapë për dreq fitoi.

And to prove to the Greeks that the patriotic hysteria of 2009 was just a power play against Berisha and nothing more, he also put the "cherry on the cake", the Chief Negotiator of the 2009 Agreement as Foreign Minister, wanting to make "idiots" forever not only the Albanians of North Macedonia, but all Albanians in the world (and especially the socialists).
Oh, I forgot, in the negotiating framework in the EU, care was taken to also resolve the dispute with the neighbors.
So the alibi that for the sake of integration we will give up a little sovereignty because the EU demands it of us, from which we ourselves demanded this condition, is a "talk" that could cost Albanians tens or hundreds of billions of euros.
But in the end, the integration joker reasons, these "idiots" who continue to pay hundreds of millions of euros for an incinerator that doesn't exist, why would they worry about tens or hundreds of billions of euros at the bottom of the sea that they can't see today.
