"I am Blerim Hoxha, the person Ahmetaj slandered about me", the message received by Fevziu about the statements of the former deputy prime minister

"I am asking the journalists who hang out at SPAK, why an Albanian-Swiss businessman owns 40% of Tirana's incinerator. Blerim Hoxha has them with letters. What has this company done? How did he get them and how did he pay them? What are the connections with the governors and the business in Albania",  this was the statement of the former deputy prime minister Arben Ahmetaj in an interview given to the journalist Çim Peka on "Syri TV".

Regarding this statement, before the show "Opinion" started on TV Klan, the host of the show, Blendi Fevzi, received a message from a person who claims to be Blerim Hoxha, who denied what Ahmetaj said by called "defamation".

Blendi Fevziu : This person's name appears for the first time. Just a few seconds before I started the show, I received a message from a Swiss number, claiming to be a person that I can't verify, who tells me that it's not true and sent me a statement that I can't explain in whose name is it. The gentleman tells me that this is the official document of the company.

Message from the person claiming to be Blerim Hoxha:

"I am Blerim Hoxha, the person who mentioned Arben Ahmetaj to me and who slandered me. Give the official company document please.”

Also, a statement from the company came to the address of the show "Opinion", where it rejects the statements saying that Blerim Hoxha has nothing to do with them.

"Dear gentlemen. I discover with great surprise false information about "Icare Group and Mr. Blerim Hoxha in some Albanian news. In May 2022 Icare Holding SA was mandated to build a plant in Tirana with the condition that Icare Holding SA bring the financing. The financing of the investment was not successful and therefore Icare Holding left the project in November 2023. Blerim Hoxha is neither an employee nor a shareholder in Icare Holding. Blerim Hoxha did not play any role in this aborted project. Icare Holding has a company in Albania called Icare Energy Sha.a. This company has nothing to do with the Waste to Energy project. We reserve all our rights in the courts against false information that harms the group's reputation," the statement said./tvklan
