He demanded the closure of RTSH, Osman Mula explodes at Baton Haxhiu: Did they

Osman Mula, the well-known Albanian director and composer from Shkodra, has reacted sharply after analyst Baton Haxhiu's public letter sent to the director of Albanian Radio Television (RTSH), journalist Eni Vasili, regarding the closure of RTSH.

"After being told on the stations about who we should vote for and who the best Albanian leader is, he now appears to us, reminding us that RTSH should be dissolved," Mula writes, adding that he would never have wanted to write about Batoni, having no consideration for him.

I didn't want to write about you as a character, because I didn't, nor do I have any consideration for you. I have never seen a single case where an uninvited person comes and takes the floor in an environment, trying to convince them and impose their position on the country, politics, social problems, and the media.

After barking at stations about politics, who we should vote for and who is the best Albanian leader, now you have appeared to us, reminding us that RTSH should be dissolved. It means that an institution of special importance, with 65 years of existence, an institution that kept the people alive for decades, here and across the border, with programs, great epochal, historical, cultural, social events – even opening a directorate after the '90s for the diaspora – has been followed in every country in the world.

You come out to us, you brazen fool, and you will convince us, who grew old in this institution, with an army of great screen masters, that it should be closed, because that's what you think! But who protects you or who supports you, you unwelcome fool in both Kosovo and Albania, who comes here and doesn't let anyone else speak, when you don't represent any people or community?

If it's as an Albanian, you don't represent me. If it's as a Kosovar - I'm sorry I'm from there - don't let me see the ink, you spy! Does it represent the Albanian government? Woe to us, you faceless one. As much on Syri, as much on Opinion, as much on Top Channel and A1...

You are not here in vain, nor are you paid big money in vain, but – all in my opinion – you have come or are being brought in from very dangerous circles, to the detriment of Albania.

Why don't we interfere in the work of our brothers in Kosovo? We don't say vote for this or that, or remove this or add that, because Kosovo has its own institutions and we don't want to interfere - because it's neither normal nor ethical, and it doesn't serve our mutual interest. But for you to intervene here and precisely to give the definition for closing down RTSH, creates great concern for me.

We just met as a steering council, the general directorate, the AMA, the media leadership, the Albanian Parliament, well-known creators and journalists, on how we should increase the quality of the program and we are trying every day. It turns out that you, who should be the last to speak, are the first to speak!

You, you're delirious... paid for it anyway... brought in by someone who wants to build a tower and has promised you some peace, far away, with your head on the highest floors!

After the '90s, our festivals became a joint table with all the creators of Kosovo, where you were often on the jury. Even the figures of patriots, writers, people of blood reconciliation, the liberation war of Kosovo, where many of our operators have filmed inside the war territories - like L. Bucpapaj, etc.

You are interfering with our daily bread, therefore: as you entered, so you will leave, taking away our problems, because you are bringing us confusion.

I often say: Oh my Kosovo... it produced many great heroes like Adem Jashari, or the "Mandela of Kosovo", A. Demaçi, figures like Bekim Fehmiu or Fadil Vokrri, but unfortunately it also produced a model of evil: Baton Haxhiu - the worst character in the history of Albanian journalism.

Happening now...
