The head of the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection, Dallëndyshe Bici, participated in inspections in Vlora where, together with IKMT employees, they set the "tape" on a building under construction in the coastal city.
Bici told the media that this building will be transferred to the state, while warning that the same "fate" will befall all buildings that have a building permit, but have violated it by flagrantly violating the public interest and common property.
"Following the controls, as has happened with other objects before, this object will be confiscated and will be transferred to the state for public interest. I am here to inform you that the same fate will befall all those objects that result in a building permit but that have been built in brutal violation of the building permit, violating the public interest and common property," said Bici, while further emphasizing that the National Inspectorate of Territorial Protection will continue its work throughout Albania with the aim of liberating public spaces that have been occupied in flagrant violation of the law.
"IKMT will continue its work throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania to inspect buildings with or without a construction permit in order to guarantee respect for the law, the security of the community and the public interest", emphasized Bici.
