The mayor of Konispol, Erges Dule, has reacted after reports that there was a clash between him and Prime Minister Edi Rama over the dismissal of administrators. After he refused the order, the prime minister gave him an ultimatum: if he insists, then he himself will resign.
After this, Dule made another reaction where, among other things, he writes that those who work well don't move.
He states that if subordinates do not work well, the primary responsibility lies with the leader.
" Hello everyone! Thank you for your interest and comments, but I guarantee that there is no debate regarding the dismissal of administrators."
This is an initiative for the renewal of the administration, for an increase in the quality and quantity of services to citizens.
Anyone who feels they can do more is invited to apply for these positions at the Konispol Municipality Secretariat.
With this administration, we have done a lot of good work for the community, cleaning the territory, drainage and irrigation canals, extinguishing fires, installing public lighting in 100% of the territory, paving rural roads, agricultural infrastructure, implementing projects, receiving and handling hundreds of requests/complaints, assisting in various e-Albania applications, organizing cultural activities, maintaining rural roads, maintaining and investing in schools, etc.
Is there still work to be done? Of course there is. Are all employees equally dedicated? I'm telling you, no.
But employees depend on and are committed to the one who leads them. If the leader does not have the passion, desire and love for his place then the employee will do as much as he can to show off.
In Konispol I assure you that all of this is available and work is done every day. Are these enough? Of course not. Here we need your help and your opinion.
If the administration works well and is at the service of the citizen, there is no room for fear and no one moves. Your opinion counts and is the performance evaluation for us.
