This contract with a hefty amount was also signed by the Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, in the capacity of the beneficiary, an obligation required by American law.
Nuredin Seci, the Albanian-American living in New York, is reportedly acting as guarantor in the contract with President Trump's former advisor, Carlo Trujillo, in his capacity as President of Continental Strategy.
Nuredin Seci is a member of the board of directors of the "Vatra Mëmëdheu" branch in New Jersey, USA, the newest branch opened in 2025.
Three years ago, Nuredin Seci was awarded the honorary title of the Municipality of Tropoja for his contribution as an athlete and coach to the development of mountaineering. The title was given by socialist Rexhë Byberi.
