Parliament in plenary session, focus on draft laws and Braça's confrontation with the Minister of Education and the Minister of Agriculture

The next plenary session in the Assembly will take place today (March 5). The plenary session will start at 10:00, and the agenda has been announced.
MP Erion Braçe has requested a question-and-answer session with the Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Andis Salla.
Several draft laws will also be discussed, including the draft law “On the Supervisory Agency in the System of Execution of Criminal Decisions” and the draft law “On an amendment to Law No. 69/2012, “On the Pre-University Education System in the Republic of Albania”, as amended”.
In accordance with Article 7, point 6, and Article 27/1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, based on the calendar of the Assembly's work for the period 2 - 20 March 2026, I ORDER:
The Assembly will meet in plenary session on 5.3.2026, at 10:00.
II. The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 2.3.2026.
3. Question-and-answer session with the Minister of Education, Ms. Mirela Kumbaro, requested by MP Erion Braçe.
4. Question and answer session with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Andis Salla, requested by MP Erion Braçe.
5. Draft law “On an amendment to Law No. 69/2012, “On the pre-university education system in the Republic of Albania”, as amended”.
6. Draft law “On the ratification of the loan agreement, between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Finance (borrower), and KfW Frankfurt am Main (KfW), for the program “Municipal Infrastructure V – phase II”
7. Draft Law “On the Supervisory Agency in the System of Execution of Criminal Decisions”.
8. Draft law “On some amendments and additions to law no. 46/2018, “On state control of international transfers of military goods and dual-use items and technologies”, as amended”.
9. Draft law “On an amendment to law no. 9975, dated 28.7.2008, “On national taxes”, amended” and 10. Draft law “On an amendment to law no. 68/2017, “On local self-government finances””.
11. Draft decision “On an addition to decision no. 65/2025, “On the appointment of substitute members in the composition of the permanent committees of the Assembly”, as amended”.
12. Discussions on matters outside the agenda.
III. The services of the Assembly are charged with publishing the agenda of the plenary session, notifying the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, and preparing the parliamentary documentation to be reviewed.
IV. This order shall enter into force immediately.
