The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has warned of a strong confrontation with the government in the protest announced for tomorrow, declaring that citizens will teach the majority "the lesson it deserves." He has also announced the radicalization of the force he leads in parliament regarding important reforms such as the Electoral and Territorial reforms.

"We will teach the government the lesson it deserves in tomorrow's protest. Citizens will teach the government a strong lesson. Rama should stay in the office, try it. The doors are armored, let him stay there if he is a man," said Berisha.

He emphasized that the Democratic Party has ceased any form of cooperation with the majority, which he described as a "narco-majority", while announcing the launch of reforms by the opposition itself.

According to Berisha, the opposition will undertake territorial and electoral reform without the involvement of the government, cooperating with opposition forces, the media and other social actors. He announced that MPs Oerd Bylykbashi and Luciano Boçi will chair the relevant committees from the Democratic Party.

"We will make the real reform. Our MPs will implement it," declared Berisha, emphasizing that there will be no cooperation with Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"With Edi Rama there is no cooperation, there is only battle," concluded the leader of the DP.
