"He is taking on the role of head of local government!"/ Alibali: Rama

Analyst Neritan Alibali, while commenting on the massive resignations in local government across the country after Prime Minister Rama's "ultimatum", stated  that after the May 11 elections, the head of government is displaying a new profile.

According to him, Rama is showing that he is a figure who is no longer limited to exercising executive and legislative power, but who is trying to expand his influence over local government as well.

"Rama, in addition to exercising his right to power as prime minister, also takes on the role of head of local government. It reflects Rama's new power in the future ," said Alibali, invited to "Log".

On the other hand, according to him, the opposition seems disorganized in the face of this development.

"Berisha's statement alone, which has determined the protests in September, means we should go to the beach and then go out and protest," said analyst Neritan Alibali.

Neritan Alibali: Rama's new profile is emerging, beyond power. After the May 11 elections, there are more than 84 MPs who can approve and strengthen laws.

On the other hand, Rama, in addition to exercising his right to power as prime minister, also assumes the role of head of local government.

It reflects Rama's new power in the future. Berisha's statement alone, which has determined the protests in September, means we should go to the beach and then go out and protest.

We have serious events happening, in Theth and everywhere, we have the Prime Minister's interference in local government. Those people who have had the duty to protect the territory, which according to the legislation is a criminal offense, instead of the opposition demanding accountability that despite the law, the institutions run by the SP have violated the law, they blame the residents.

Edi Rama's subsequent actions will be more aggressive in gathering power in his own hands. He declared in the elections that he will be the one to bring Albania into the EU in 2030.
