Rama: No tourist resorts will be built in Theth! It doesn't even exist as an option

In a meeting with deputies from the Tirana district, Prime Minister Edi Rama focused on the action to free up public spaces.
He responded to accusations that the action in Theth is being undertaken in order to build tourist resorts.
"It's not about building tourist resorts, it's out of any option. I want to say that all the theories about this operation are unfortunate and misinformation. Those who come out and make noise are not the residents of Theth," he said.
Rama has warned that any construction in violation of infrastructure and public space will be razed.
"We have undertaken to complete the legalization process within 2028, but let's not forget that someone will legalize in violation of the law. The story of "build today to legalize tomorrow" will no longer work. Any construction in violation of infrastructure and public space will be razed ," he said.
