Video/ President Osmani announces the lifting of EU measures, Rama intervenes 'live': You were extraordinary

The European Union is expected to lift all punitive measures against Kosovo starting in January.

The news was made public by the president, Vjosa Osmani, during a live video on Facebook.

At one point in the video shot in Brussels, Prime Minister Edi Rama also appears, interrupting his statement and hugging Osmani.

The Prime Minister also praises Osmani for her role and performance, emphasizing that she has been exceptional during the meetings held between the leaders of the Western Balkans and the European Union.
