Oatmeal with sausage and egg omelette
Ingredients :
2 cups of semolina
1 small package of sausages
3 eggs
1 carrot
1 dry onion
2 green onions
1 celery stalk
Salt
Black pepper Red
pepper Butter
Preparation:
Beat the eggs, add the sausages and make chopped omelettes. Boil the oatmeal in plenty of water, then drain. In the pan where we made the eggs, saute the chopped onion, add the diced carrot and celery. Add water and let the vegetables cook. Then add the oatmeal and spices. At the end, adjust the taste with the spices, green onions and parsley and add the omelette with sausages.
