Spinach Pie

Main ingredients:

Cornmeal (or a mixture with a little wheat flour)
Fresh spinach (or wild cabbage depending on the season)
Onion (fresh or dried)
Olive oil
Salt
Water or yogurt (in some versions)

Preparation:

The spinach is cleaned and sautéed with olive oil and chopped onions until soft.
The dough is prepared with cornmeal, lukewarm water and a little salt, mixing until it becomes a thick porridge-like mass.
In a greased pan, a thin layer of dough is placed, then the spinach is spread and finally the rest of the dough is added.
It is baked in a preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
