The original recipe of tasqebap

INGREDIENTS:
500 g of meat
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
2-3 onions
half a cup of tea with wine
1 tablespoon of flour
half a cup of wine with wine
1 bay leaf
half a tablespoon of sauce or 2-3 seeds of medium tomatoes
3-4 cloves of garlic,
salt and a little red pepper

PREPARATION :
Tasqebapi is one of the tastiest dishes on the Albanian table.

But the tasqebap of the house is definitely on the traditional menu of dishes of Albanian mothers and grandmothers.

Tasqebapi is accompanied by a variety of other typical Albanian dishes, especially pilaf, but also fresh salads of every season or even toasted bread marinated in olive oil and a little salt.

But for an even more wonderful taste, it is certainly accompanied with the famous zahireta of our kitchen, especially with the pickles prepared by Albanian housewives.

Tasqebap is usually prepared with beef or ram.

The pulp is cut into thin strips or square pieces.

It is fried in fat together with finely chopped onions, until the water evaporates and a red layer is created.

Add flour, fry a little more, add wine, add tomato sauce, bay leaves, a few cloves of garlic, salt and water to cover the meat.

It is left to simmer on a slow fire until the dish is ready.
