Ingredients:

5 cloves of garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
Salt, pepper, oregano
For the sauce that we will coat the romsteks:

3 spoons of flour
2 eggs
Salt, black pepper, mint
A little water for a medium dough
Oil for frying

Preparation:

Put the minced meat, finely chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oregano in a container. We work the dough well and collect the romsticks the size of the palm of the hand. We coat them with the mixture we create from flour, water, eggs, and fry them in hot oil.
