Ingredients
1 kg of mussels in shell, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 lemon, 1 bunch of parsley, salt and pepper as needed.
Preparation
1.Wash the mussels well from the sand and seaweed. Put them in a deep pan and let them boil for 5 minutes with the lid on, until they open.
2. After they cool down a bit, you remove the shell. Drain the cooking liquid. Place the cleaned mussels on a salad plate.
3. Put olive oil, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper in a porcelain container. Beat well with a fork and add lemon juice little by little. You can also use white vinegar.
4. When the sauce is bound and ready, pour it over the mussels and serve immediately.
