Casserole with arginine and yogurt

Ingredients
10 arginas
4 servings of beef/lamb
700 ml yogurt
2 eggs
1 large onion
1 lemon
Olive oil Salt Black
pepper

Preparation

Clean the artichokes and leave them in water with lemon. In a pan, fry the onion in olive oil and add the artichokes. Fry them together and add the meat that we boiled in the pressure cooker. Add a little water and cook for 10-15 minutes until the water evaporates.

In a bowl, stir the yogurt with the eggs, add salt and black pepper. In a medium pan, put the meat with the artichokes, add the fried onion to the sour cream and add the whole yogurt mixture to the pan.
We bake it for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
