Acts of violence in the "KF Tirana - FK Partizani" derby, the Commission of Discipline and Ethics prohibits 14 fans from entering the stadium

After the acts of violence that accompanied the KF Tirana - FK Partizani match, valid for the 15th week of the "Abyssnet Superiore" championship, the Commission of Discipline and Ethics has taken measures to exclude 14 fans, who are prohibited from entering football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where organized activities take place for an unlimited period of time.
Below is the full notice of the Discipline and Ethics Committee in the AFL:
After getting acquainted with the relationship of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the state police regarding acts of violence in the match KF Tirana - FK Partizani held on 03.12.2023, where violations of the legal provisions of article 48 et seq. of Law 79/ 2021 "For Sport" as well as after reviewing the submitted documentation and discussing the issues as a whole based on article 59 et seq. of KDE
DECIDE :
To prohibit the following persons from entering the football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the AFL are held for an unlimited period of time:
- Denis Ahmeti
– Renis Maci
– Qemal Cano
– Endri Mesiti
– Jujin Seferi
– Michel Burreli
– Redi Sinani
– Erinol Dushaj
– Grace Crow
– Lorjan Beqo
– Elvis Qatia
– Herald Huqi
– Donald Ismaili
– Armand Shengjergji
Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the AFL who manage football stadiums are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.
A copy of this decision should be forwarded to the State Police.
