Penalties and fines, Discipline with a strong hand! Tirana, Partizani and Flamurtari suffer

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has given decisions based on the last week played in Albanian football. For the Tirana 0-0 Partizani derby, both clubs must compensate for the damages caused by the respective fans in the "Air Albania" sectors.
Aurel Locaj, the Vllaznia official who is suspended for four challenges due to unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials, also suffers. Penalties and fines in the first category and ages.
Full decisions:
KF Tirana is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Arena Kombëtare" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
FK Partizani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the "Arena Kombëtare" Stadium according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.
The official of KF Vllaznia, Aurel Locaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
KF Vora, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by using insulting chants against the opposing fans and not respecting the security rules in force causing a temporary interruption of the game, based on articles 17/2/e and 17/2/h of the KDE , is punished with a fine in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
The flag bearer FC, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by using insulting chants against the opposing fans, based on article 17/2/e of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
KF Lushnja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b and 17/2/c of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
KF Lushnja player, Fadil Meta, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
The player of KS Kastrioti, Xhafer Hodo, for violent behavior towards the opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.
FK Skrapari, for failure to fulfill the responsibilities by not guaranteeing the safety of the match officials, resulting in the interruption of the match, based on Articles 16/1 17/1, 17/2/b. 17/2/f and 17/2/h of KDE, loses the table match with the result 3-0 against KF Albpetrol and is punished with a fine of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) ALL. According to article 76/1/c of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 10%.
Pursuant to Articles 6/3/b, 8, 16/2 and 17 of the KDE, FK Skrapari is punished with 4 (four) matches without spectators

Lojtari i FK Skrapari, Mateo Demko, për sjellje josportive dhe kërcënime ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të neneve 14/1/j dhe 14/1/k të KDE, dënohet me 15 (pesëmbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i FK Partizani U-16, Artur Aliaj, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i KF Tirana U-16, Denis Matraku, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i Flamurtari FC U-17, Hizidion Sulejmani, për sulm ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/l të KDE, dënohet me 15 (pesëmbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i Flamurtari FC U-17, Dejvis Begaj, për sulm ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/l të KDE, dënohet me 15 (pesëmbëdhjetë) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
KF Laçi U-16, për aktivizimin e një lojtari që nuk kishte të drejtë të luante në ndeshjen e vlefshme të Kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-16 kundër Flamurtari FC U-16, në bazë të neneve 19/2 dhe 19/4/a të KDE, humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0.
Zyrtari i KF Laçi U-16, Arli Shkembi,për aktivizimin e një lojtari që nuk kishte të drejtë të luante, në bazë të nenit 19/4/b të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) muaj pezullim nga aktiviteti.
FC Besa U-13, për braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të kampionatit Kategoria e Parë U-13, kundër FK Pogradeci U-13, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
KF Bylis U-17, për mospërmbushje të detyrimeve dhe përgjegjësive duke shkaktuar braktisjen e ndeshjes së vlefshme të Kategorisë së Dytë Ndërajonale U-17, kundër KF Naftëtari U-17, në bazë të nenit 16/1 të KDE, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë dhe humbet ndeshjen në tavolinë me rezultatin 3-0. Sipas nenit 76/1/e të KDE, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 3%.
Lojtari i KF Bylis U-17, Aislin Ahmetaj, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
Lojtari i KF Naftëtari U-17, Franci Dautaj, për sjellje të dhunshme ndaj lojtarëve kundërshtarë, në bazë të nenit 14/1/h të KDE, dënohet me 3 (tre) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
