The footballer of the Turkish national team and Leicester, Çağlar Soyunçu, has written on social networks about the events after the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. Sojuncu referred to information coming from the Turkish streets, according to which some people are trying to use the country's situation for profit.
"We read and see that some immoral people who have no grain of humanity are trying to rob and sell blankets for five times the price, while the country is in mourning and people are still trying to save their lives under the rubble. They should not to go unpunished, we must not leave them alone", wrote Sojunçu in a rage.
The 26-year-old defender has played 51 times for the Turkish national team, while he has been playing for Leicester since 2018, when he came from Freiburg.
