PSG qualifies, Lille surprised by a second division team, eliminated from the cup

A smooth victory for PSG in the match held on Tuesday evening, in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France.
Luis Enrique's team easily defeated Le Mans 2-0. The French third division team was powerless to face champions PSG, who easily qualified with a goal each half, even though Spanish coach Luis Enrique had left most of his team's starters on the bench.
In the first half, Doue took advantage of a passing error in the home team's backline to give the Parisians the lead, while the goal that would secure qualification would be scored by Barcloa in the 71st minute, after a counterattack.
Meanwhile, the real surprise of this round was caused by the Lille team, which was eliminated from the cup by the second league team Dunkerque.
Regular time ended in a 1-1 draw, with the home team scoring first through Gomez, 5 minutes from the end of the match, however they were unable to manage the advantage, as it was only in the 6th minute of extra time that the visitors would find the equalizer through Tejan.
The fate of the team that would advance would be decided by the penalty shootout. Initially, it was the Dunkerque players who missed 2 consecutive penalties, but luck would not be with Lille, with Alexandro, Harladsson and Andre proving to be inaccurate, causing the visitors to advance with the score 4-5 after penalties.
This is a historic result for a modest team like Dunkerque, while Lille, which continues to miss Edon Zhegrova on the field, will have to focus on the championship and the Champions League now.
