The starting dates for the Albanian football championships are determined.

The Albanian Football Association (AFH) has published this Thursday the start and end dates of the football championships in Albania for the 2025-2026 season.

The Superior Category will start on August 23, 2025 and will end on May 24, 2026. The First Category championship will also start on the same date.

Meanwhile, Category Two will start on September 27, 2025 and will close on April 18, 2026.

The Albanian Super Cup will be played on December 28, 2025. The Albanian Cup will start on October 1, 2025, while the grand final is scheduled to be played on May 13, 2026.

The girls' championship will begin on September 27 and end on May 31, 2026.

Dates have also been set for all age championships, which will start in September and end in May 2026.
