Sassuolo secures promotion to Serie A

One season after being relegated to Serie B, Sassuolo has mathematically secured promotion to the top flight of Italian football. This is excellent news for the Emilian team, which will be one of the 20 Serie A teams for the 2025/26 season.

Not only for Sassuolo, but this is good news for Juventus as well. The Emilian team's rise to the elite has also pleased the black and white club as they will automatically benefit from 5 million euros.

As reported by "Tuttosport", Tarik Muharemovic, who is a player owned by Juventus, will be permanently transferred to Sassuolo. He was loaned out by the Bianconeri last year, and will now be permanently sold, due to Sassuolo's promotion.
