It is now official, Emiljano Çela and Bekim Kuli will be the two new "helmsmen" of Besa e Kavaja. The news has been confirmed by the Kukës club, through a post on the official website.

The North-Easterners inform that the respective clubs have reached an agreement for the transfer of the technical staff to the Kavaja team, that this edition has major objectives, for the return to the elite of Albanian football.

Kukësi also informs that the next day the presentation of the new technical staff will take place.
