Accident with 1 victim in Durres, Arbër Xhaxhaj remains in prison

The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës has imposed the security measure "prison arrest" for 26-year-old Arbër Xhaxhaj, who caused the tragic accident on the Dajlan Bridge in Durrës, where 18-year-old Vikena Greku lost her life.

Arbër Xhaxhaj was arrested by police on the night of January 15, after the accident and after an alcohol test, it turned out that the young man had been drunk at the wheel.

He is accused of committing the criminal offenses: "Irregular driving" and "Violation of traffic rules."
