Arben Lamçe's name is among the 33 "Golden Bullet 2" arrest warrants issued by SPAK and signed by GJKKO on July 31. Arrested by the FAST Kosova unit and AKI in the Calabria neighborhood of Pristina, he is suspected of being involved in at least 5 murders ordered by the criminal group of brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja. Lamçe's arrest was reported by Kosovo media. Lamçja was in the company of another person when he was handcuffed, who was also arrested.
The "Golden Bullet" operation has become the reason for uncovering 6 murders that happened in recent years in Elbasan, Rrogozhinë and Peqin. An arrest warrant was issued for Arben Lamçe by SPAK as part of the mega-operation "Golden Bullet 2", which was carried out by SPAK, BKH, the State Police and police structures in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
It is now expected that Lamçja will be extradited to Albania and introduced to the security measure.
At the head of the criminal group dismantled by SPAK were the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja alias Hajdar Bako, also known as "Dari i Elbasan", who are outside and are being sought.

"Talo Çela told me that if I carried out the murder of Arjan Spahija, he would give me 300,000 euros", Dumani confessed.
