The Eagle forces arrest in Rinas 34-year-old Aurel Deliu, a resident of Nikël, part of the Marklen Haka group.
He was caught with a pistol in his possession while driving a vehicle. Aurel Deliu is a person with a precedent and previously filed by the police. In 2021, he was arrested in Tirana together with another person and two others were declared wanted. At that time, he did not obey the police order to be checked.
Armed with weapons, police badges and thousands of euros, 3 young men from Kruja and one from Tirana challenged the capital's police. The incident was recorded in the area near "Xhamlliku" in 2021 where 4 young men were traveling in a "Volkswagen" vehicle when they were stopped by a patrol of the Shqiponja forces. The young men did not obey the police's orders and physically confronted them, separating into 2 groups. The 2 people who fled also took with them a pistol that was in the waistband of one of the young men who was handcuffed by the police. During the search of the vehicle, the police found and seized a considerable amount of cash in euros and lek, cell phones and scissors, which were used to cut the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa, as well as 1 wallet with the police badge.
Aurel Deliu (who also had a gun in his waistband) and Alban Tufa, 29, were arrested by the police, while Marklen Haka, 30, and Bledar Kurti, 40, were declared wanted at the time.
"The Crime Investigation specialists at Police Station No. 4 arrested citizens AD, 29 years old, and AT, 29 years old, in flagrante delicto, and citizens MH and BK were declared wanted, after they violently opposed the Police officers on "Marie Logoreci" Street. During the search of the vehicle in which these citizens were traveling, a considerable amount of money in euros and lek was found, items used for cutting narcotics, 1 wallet with the police emblem and 4 mobile phones, which were seized as material evidence, along with the vehicle," the police announced.
