Legal expert Indrit Sefa, during a live link with the News24 news studio, commenting on political developments in the DP, said that the disqualification of Ervin Salianj from the race for the leadership of the DP has no legal basis as he meets all the criteria to be a potential candidate against Berisha.
According to Sefa, self-exclusion is a term invented by Berisha since there is no exclusion decision for Saliani.
According to him, everything is done to minimize the risks that Berisha may face from competing with candidates worthy of being contenders for the leadership of the DP.
