Prime Minister Edi Rama has signed the decisions on changes in the government cabinet.
According to recent Cabinet decisions, it is learned that the new Deputy Minister of Agriculture will be Tana Kika.
Rama has also signed the dismissal of Deputy Minister of Economy and Innovation Blerta Rama.
Approval of List I of reimbursable drugs, marketed in hospital pharmacies.
-Approval of list II of medicines, which are reimbursed by the Mandatory Health Care Insurance Fund.
-Approval of the price coverage measure for reimbursable drugs, listed according to the ATC classification, at the rate of 50% - 100%, according to the therapeutic groups and drugs, as determined.
-Approval of trading margins for medicines on the reimbursable list, respectively, at the rate of 8% for wholesale and 24% for retail.
-Approval of differentiated wholesale and retail margins for some drugs in lists I and II.
“On the approval of the deadlines and the scheme for the distribution of compensation funds for former political prisoners of the communist regime”, as amended, is repealed. The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare are charged with the implementation of this decision.
