Lawyer Cakrani gives the news: Here's when Ilir Meta will be released from prison

Ilir Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, in a direct connection with the "Off the Record" studio with Andrea Dangli, on A2 CNN, stated that the President of the Freedom Party will be released very soon.

"I believe that he will be released very soon. Every action has been exhausted and it is clear that SPAK has also been strained a lot. On the 10th of this month, it will be 1 year since Mr. Meta was registered as a person under investigation, so I believe that every procedural deadline has been exhausted. SPAK has no other evidence to collect for Mr. Meta. I believe that by the summer, Mr. Meta will be a free person. But, let's not forget that political issues are very difficult to dismantle legally," Cakrani said on A2 CNN.

The lawyer also told Andrea Dangli about Ilir Meta's current situation:

"Mr. Meta is in very good physical condition. He works every day, guides the party, writes, and works out, so he is in very good condition and in shape, both physically and morally."
