Boycott, 'betrayal' between colleagues, lawyer Saimir Vishaj: From tomorrow he will participate in court hearings

About 2,000 lawyers in less than a month have boycotted the processes, a form of strike to force the Supreme Court of Justice to reflect on the new judicial map, for which the Supreme Court of Justice has already voted to close many courts.
But it seems that some of these lawyers have broken this boycott by participating in judicial sessions of security measures or preliminary sessions and fundamental trials.
Based on this, the Association of Criminal Lawyers of Albania calls on all its members to participate in court hearings from tomorrow.
The announcement was made by the head of the Association of Criminal Lawyers, Saimir Vishaj, in a post on Facebook.
Vishay writes:
"There is no more boycott for as long as in Elbasan, Shkodër, Lezhë, Tirana, the lawyers have broken the boycott by participating in judicial sessions of security measures or preliminary sessions and fundamental trials. The Association of Criminal Lawyers of Albania calls on its members to participate in court hearings from tomorrow.
