A citizen identified as Ardian Varrosi threatened his daughter with a knife, while intoxicated.
According to preliminary information, he is suspected of having previously raped the girl inside the apartment and then strangling her to death.
The young woman was able to escape the situation, while the father, with a knife in his hand, entered an apartment next to his house, threatening the neighbors.
According to reports, neighbors notified the police and the latter were able to neutralize the aggressor.
During the intervention, Varros hit himself in the neck with the cutting tool and was urgently transported to the hospital where it is said that his condition is serious and he is being monitored by medical staff.
