GJKKO has sentenced to 27 years imprisonment in total, the 3 people accused of robbery and providing conditions for the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari, the son-in-law of the late former mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini

The convicts are Ilirian Feçi, Elvis Koçi and Agim Gjini, for 'theft with violence' and 'providing conditions to commit murder'. The events took place in 2011, 2013 and 2020 in Elbasan, Kavajë and Vorë.

The trio was tried in a shortened procedure, and will benefit from the reduction of 1/3 of the sentence. The decision was given by judge Ardit Mustafaj, who approved the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office, as the following were sentenced respectively:

Elvis Koçi, with 7 years in prison, for "providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, in the period July 25-30, 2020, in the city of Elbasan, carried out with the special cooperation of to the structured criminal group, "structured criminal group", "the commission of criminal offenses by the structured criminal group and criminal organization".

Ilirian Feçi, with 10 years in prison, for "theft with violence", to the detriment of the citizen Skënder Roshi, committed in Kavaja on 28.04.2011 committed in the special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "structured criminal group" and "the commission of criminal offenses by structured criminal groups and criminal organizations".

Agim Gjini, with 10 years in prison, for "theft with violence" to the detriment of the citizen Astrit Ademi, committed on May 31, 2013, in the village of Marikaj Municipality of Vorë, in the special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "the group of structured criminal" and "commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization".

On October 4, 2022, SPAK announced that it discovered the involvement of Ilirian Feç in another event that is being investigated separately, in the group that would kill Aleksander Lahon in Shijak, also known as "Rrumi", with motives of revenge and war between criminal gangs, as Kassander Noga's opponent. The amounts paid were up to 150,000 euros.
