NAMES/ "Çopjave" organization, SPAK communicates serious charges to 34 defendants

After 15 months of investigation, the SPAK Special Prosecution Office has concluded the criminal case No. 75/3, which concerns the criminal activity of the group led by the two brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja.
The closure of this criminal case and the sending of 34 defendants to trial on a series of serious charges was discussed two days ago in the "Golden Bullet" trial, where one of the lawyers requested to be removed from the court session as she should have been present at the announcement of the charges against Altin Ndocin.
This is the first criminal organization that SPAK is bringing to trial. There are a total of 34 defendants, including the two "Çopja" brothers, one of whom is wanted and the other arrested in Belgium.
The other people are members of the group led by the two brothers, where among the defendants is Pajtime Fetah, the former judge of the Elbasan court.
A few days ago, Pajtime Fetah appeared before SPAK, accused of the criminal offense of corruption. While the other defendants were informed of the charges on different days.
This file is one of the most voluminous that SPAK has submitted to the court, bringing defendants to justice for several serious crimes, such as murders that occurred on the Elbasan-Peqin road segment, providing the conditions to kill Erion Alibej, Nuredin Dumanin.
The triple murder in Bradashesh, Elbasan, and the murder of Klevis Kapllani in Sinaballaj, Rrogozhina. Among the charges that the prosecution has filed is that of laundering the proceeds of criminal offenses, corruption, and others.
It is expected that the case will now be taken to court, where it will be subject to judicial review.
This file revealed four assassinations that left 6 dead. These are the Bradashesh massacre, where Endrit Alibej, Albert Dylgjeri and Erdal Duranay were killed, the murder of Klevis Kapllani, the assassination where Klevin Baho was killed and the murder of Andi Zylyfi, events that turn out to have been ordered by the brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja.
Also, on the orders of the duo, 16 failed attempts are counted, 4 to kill Erion Alibej, two for Nuredin Dumani, the failed assassination attempt against Kei Piku and Irfan Azizi, and other attempts on other characters, their rivals whose names have not yet been revealed.
According to SPAK, the Çopja brothers were also the masterminds behind the Rinas robbery. The duo was also assisted by employees of justice institutions, including Judge Pajtime Fetah, who has been placed under "house arrest," and an employee of the judicial administration of the Court of First Instance who passed on secret information to them, who is Regis Runaj's sister.
According to SPAK, the Çopja brothers had also recruited two police officers into their group. During the operation, 1 million euros in cash and 42 assets were seized, including property and bank accounts.
Franc Çopja himself is currently under arrest in Belgium, while Hajdar Çopja is in Dubai.
