Shtatë shtetase të huaja u arrestuan nga Policia në Tiranë pasi kishin ardhur në vendin tonë për të ushtruar aktivitetin e prostitucionit. Vajzat e huaja të moshës 21-30 vjeç, ishin me kombësi nga Spanja, Kolumbia, Venezuela dhe Rusia. Në krye të skemës së shfrytëzimit të prostitucionit ishte 30-vjeçarja Beisi Yusmar Rojas Ruiz, nga Kolumbia, e cila kishte rekrutuar të rejat e tjera për t’i shfrytëzuar për prostitucion.

Vajzat ishin të moshave nga 23 deri 46 vjeçe, që u proceduan penalisht dhe u morën në hetim për prostitucion nga Prokuroria. Kurse Zoto, nga Shijaku, u arratis pas ngjarjes dhe u kap më pas, teksa u dyshua edhe si tutor. Sipas dosjes hetimore, vajzat hynë në Shqipëri më 5 shkurt 2024 dhe kanë pranuar se ofronin shërbime seksuale kundrejt pagesës. Vajzat kanë dëshmuar se aktivitetin e paligjshëm e kryenin në pavarësi, duke pretenduar se nuk kishin një person që i menaxhonte apo i ushtronte presion. Paratë që fitonin, ata kanë pretenduar se ua dërgonin familjeve të tyre dhe pagesat shkonin deri në 200 euro për klient.

Një tjetër rrjet prostitucioni u zbulua në Tiranë, kur një shtetas nga Venezuela, 29-vjeç, u zbulua se shfrytëzonte si punëtorë seksi dy djem të rinj, po me kombësi të huaj (homoseksualë). I dyshuari Guzman Gil Raibel Joisquel, si edhe një nga djemtë që ushtronte prostitucion, 31-vjeçari Daniele De Carli, janë arrestuar nga policia. Ndërsa 19-vjeçari me iniciale A. S., u procedua në gjendje të lirë. Sipas hetimeve, tutori nga Venezuela shfrytëzonte për prostitucion, dy shtetasit e tjerë, të cilët kishin ardhur nga vende të ndryshme, në Shqipëri.
