The people you see in the photo are the three Bushgjokaj brothers from Tropoja, Aleksandër Bushgjokaj, Kristi alias Kristë Bushgjokaj and Fation Bushgjokaj , the latter arrested, suspected of the murder of 23-year-old Renis Dobra, who was found dead on the morning of July 9 on the shore of Lake Shkopet.

The three brothers from Tropoja are the main suspects in the kidnapping, torture and murder of Dobra, while their friend, Petrit Çakrri alias Hoxha , also arrested for the incident in question, is also involved in the crime. Petrit Çakrri is a person known to the police, as he was a witness in the trial for the murder of former Democratic Party MP Azem Hajdari.

The cause of Renis Dobra's murder is suspected to have been the drug deals made a few years ago, when Dobra was working in Germany on behalf of the Bushgjokaj brothers' criminal group, who carried out the illegal activity of drug trafficking.

Referring to the investigative file, Renis Dobra on several occasions did not hand over to his brothers from Tropoja the amounts of money earned from selling cocaine, claiming that several times the drug was thrown into the street, water or lake because the police were chasing him.

The Bushgjokaj brothers thought that Dobra was deceiving them and stealing the proceeds from their criminal activity, which is why they were convinced to kill him.

The role of Petrit Çakrri alias Hoxha in this crime is to provide the vehicles for the commission of the crime. It is a black Range Rover and a white Hyundai. The investigation team has discovered the movements of the rented vehicles through GPS and security camera footage. After being used for the crime, the vehicles were surrendered and other rented vehicles were rented, to lose track.

According to the investigation, the vehicle in which Çakrri was traveling followed the same trajectory as the victim, Renis Dobra. The suspects intercepted Renis Dobra, initially introducing themselves as police officers, and then kidnapped and tortured him. From the examination of the victim's body, Renis Dobra has marks on his neck, which is suspected of being strangled with a rope and then thrown into Lake Shkopet with his vehicle.
