A 36-year-old man has been arrested in Cërrik after robbing a large amount of money from a store in neighborhood no. 2 of the city.
The Blues report that citizen AM, 36 years old, has been arrested, while his 15-year-old nephew has been criminally prosecuted.
According to the police report, the 36-year-old has been previously convicted for the same criminal offense.

The services of the Cërrik Police Commissariat, after receiving a report of a case of burglary in a store, in neighborhood no. 2, immediately organized the work to identify and capture the perpetrators. As a result of the rapid response and investigative actions, it was possible to identify the suspected perpetrators of the theft, citizen AM and his 15-year-old nephew.
-Citizen AM, 36 years old, resident of neighborhood no. 2, Cërrik, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of “Theft,” committed in collaboration. This citizen has been convicted of the same criminal offense;
The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against the 15-year-old, for the criminal offense of "Theft", committed in collaboration;
From the investigations, it is suspected that citizen AM and his minor nephew, in the early morning hours of 02.03.2026, broke into the store of citizen FH, 57 years old, and stole a sum of money.
Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen OZ, 19 years old, the brother of the 15-year-old, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime", as it is suspected that he was aware of this case and did not report it.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan, for further action.
