Other details have been revealed regarding the assassination attempt in Lushnje, where Julian Sulo, known as "Juli of Pashako", was injured.

It is reported that the perpetrators' car was stolen in 2022 in Greece, while the license plates were stolen there a year earlier, but in different Greek cities.

In response, the Greek authorities have confirmed to the Fier Police that these are thefts without perpetrators and unsolved.

Apart from the dynamics of the incident, the police are not clear on how and where the perpetrators fled.

Meanwhile, the Lushnja Police arrested over 30 people for the assassination attempt on Julian Sula, known as Juli i Pashako. Most of them are members of Aldo Bare's group and the Aliçka tribe in Lushnja, members of the two tribes who have had numerous conflicts with the 45-year-old Sulo in recent years. After questioning, they were released, after denying involvement in the incident.

Julian Sulo, known as the strongman of Lushnja, has escaped an organized assassination attempt against him near the city hospital. He was driving his BMW near the Lushnja hospital when 3 as yet unidentified perpetrators ambushed him and fired a volley of bullets at him.

The incident occurred at around 10:40, while 45-year-old Sulo is out of danger for his life. The Kalash bullets that poured towards his car caught him on his feet, while he was alone in the vehicle. The perpetrators were in the car at the time of the shooting and shot in motion.

A few minutes after the assassination, the perpetrators' vehicle, a 'Nissan', was found burned in the village of Lifaj. The weapon they used to shoot the 45-year-old was also found inside. The police immediately set up checkpoints at the entrances and exits of the city, while the investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office is working to identify the perpetrators and fully clarify the circumstances and motives, which are related to early conflicts between criminal groups in Lushnja.

Sulo was escorted to the police station to give his testimony. "I have no conflicts with anyone," he declared to investigators. Meanwhile, six other people were escorted to the police station.

Julian Sulo, otherwise known as "Juli of Pashakos", works and lives in Karbunarë, Lushnja, where he manages a bar-restaurant together with his family.

He is a rival of Aldo Bare, the leader of the Lushnja gang. Sulo was also suspected of the organized assassination of Bare's nephew, Xhulio Shkurti, in 2017. Sulo was released after there was no evidence linking him to the assassination, also known as the Lushnja massacre.

For this event, Anterio Kaloshi and Orgest Bilbili were sentenced to life imprisonment, a decision upheld by the Supreme Court on November 21, 2025. In the Lushnja massacre, Zamir Latifi and Jurgen Hoxha were killed, and Bujar Turku and Marius Xhepexhiu were injured.
