Jorgo Goro was left in prison, Bollano's testimony is revealed: I used the land

The Special Court upheld the second measure of prison arrest against Jorgo Goro, suspected of having abused his office by donating 4 dunyms of land to the acting mayor, Arqile Bollanos. The latter claims in a long testimony that he had acquired the property as its actual user.
In the testimony before the prosecution that Top Channel has, Bollano says:
"I have been using it since the 1990s and a few years ago I planted olives and in 2013 I became aware that through a VKM the user was given the right to take ownership of the land", insists Bollano.
According to the documents for the land with an area of 4263 square meters, the mayor of that time, Jorgo Goro, provided Bollano with AMTP in 2016. But the investigation proved that the citizen Irakli Likoka was right because there was no act to prove that Bollano had been the actual user of the surface in the place called Vllatorja
In the file of prosecutor Elvin Gokaj it is stated that: "Citizen Likoka directly denounced Arqile Bollano, supporting the accusation in three arguments. The first that Bollano has never owned the land, the second that he was treated with agricultural land and the third that Bollano was treated by the municipality of Himara with agricultural land in violation of the law beyond 2016".
Jorgo Goro insists that he has not misused his duty while he is being held as a pre-detainee for another measure of arrest for land alienation in Himare.
Even for the last case, SPAK finds that there is an overlap of assets between what belongs to citizen Likoka and what Arqile Bollanos passed on to you.
The President set August 4 as election day in Himare. Jorgo Goro is in the hospital, Fredi Beleri in Fier prison and has not yet submitted a request to participate in the meeting of the European Parliament.
