Requested replacement of security measure, GJKKO rejects request of Judge Pajtime Fetah

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) rejected Judge Pajtime Fetah's request for the replacement of the security measure.
After reviewing the case, the panel of judges, consisting of Judge Erjon Çela, decided to dismiss Fetahu's request.
The appeal left Fetahun in prison after he gave court decisions in favor of Suel Çela or influenced others to gain favors.
The applicant Pajtime Fetah on 27.01.2025 submitted to the Court the request with the subject: "Replacement of the security measure, ordered by decision no. 138 dated 22.11.2025 and no. 146 dated 27.11.2024 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime".
2. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a panel composed of Judge Erjon Çela, based on Articles 112, 230/2, 238 and 260/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with Decision No. 89, dated 01.04.2025, decided:
1. Rejection of the request of the applicant (person under investigation) Pajtime Fetah
2. An appeal may be filed against this decision, at the Special Court of Appeal against Corruption and Organized Crime, within 5 days, a period which begins from the day of notification of the court's decision.
