KPK confirms judge Gentian Hamiti in office

The Independent Qualification Commission, KPK, announced this Tuesday, March 19, the decision to confirm in office the judge of the Administrative Court of Tirana, Gentian Hamiti.

The decision to confirm Hamit was taken unanimously by the KPK body, headed by Olsi Komici, with rapporteur Valbona Sanxhaktari and member Firdes Shuli.

During the hearing that was held on March 13, Judge Hamiti gave explanations for the findings in the three criteria, wealth, image and professionalism.

After completing the Magistrate's School, Gentian Hamiti completed his internship at the Court of Fier in 2007, where he worked until 2013. At this time, he was appointed to the Administrative Court of First Instance in Tirana. It is currently delegated to the Administrative Court of Appeal.
