With handcuffs on their hands and heads bowed, the 3 "strongmen" are extradited from Dubai, RENEA secures Rinas airport

Ado Xhika alias Ado Cërriku alias Elkier Cërriku, Ervis Daka and Maksim Koçi have been extradited from Dubai, where they were arrested a few days ago at the request of Interpol Tirana.
They are accused by SPAK and GJKKO of serious criminal offenses such as murder and providing means to commit murder.
The plane carrying the three wanted fugitives arrived at Rinas Airport this Thursday evening, while RENEA forces cordoned off the area, taking strict security measures.
Who are the three extradited?
Ado Xhika alias Ado Cërriku alias Elkier Cërriku , accused by the Criminal Court of Kosovo of having supported a wanted citizen within the framework of a criminal organization;
Ervis Daka, accused by the Criminal Court of Kosovo, as a member of a criminal organization that planned murder and as a supporter of a wanted citizen;
Maksim Koçi is accused by the Criminal Court of Kosovo of murder and providing means to commit murder, committed within the framework of a criminal organization, as well as being a supporter of a wanted citizen.
Very close cooperation continues with partners in the United Arab Emirates to locate, capture and extradite internationally wanted citizens who intend to evade Albanian justice.
Three citizens accused by the Criminal Court of Albania of being involved in serious criminal events against the person and as supporters of a highly wanted citizen are being extradited from Dubai to Albania.
The 3 extradited citizens were captured a few weeks ago by the Dubai Police, as a result of the rapid provision and exchange of information by specialized structures of the State Police.
Following the cooperation between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Abu Dhabi, within the framework of the international operation, codenamed "The Wanted", the procedures for the extradition to Albania of the Albanian citizens declared internationally wanted were finalized:
-ED, 38 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", remaining in the attempt, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group;
-MK, 39 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Criminal Appeals, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", committed for interest and revenge, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group;
-A. Xh., 40 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.
The three extradited citizens were handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons.
