The case of the hacking of the SPAK electronic system has passed without much fanfare in Albanian public opinion, but new dimensions have been discovered that show that this was not a spontaneous attack.
At the center of the investigation are three people:
Agim Ismaili, former Director General of Prisons, Zambak Gjoni and Arnold Rrokaj, but other names have been included as part of a structured network with clear goals.
This group was part of a structure that also coordinated the distribution of leaked materials to the media, to target specific individuals in the public.
Journalist Klodiana Lala has revealed the names of the officials who were part of the WhatsApp group where the materials were distributed.
Included in this group were:
Sokol Ngresi – Member of the Supreme Court from Vlora, friend of Agim Ismail for years.
Anton Martini – Director of Tax Investigation (from the same area as Agim Ismail).
Dritan Palnikaj – Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Agim's nephew).
Ermal Kënaçi – Head of Police Station No. 2 in Tirana (Former Head of Sector at the Criminal Investigation Department, dismissed).
Melsi Beli – Works at AKSHI (Agim Ismail's League after having subordinates in prisons) dismissed from duty.
Blerina Hoxha – Works at ANA (Melsi Beli League).
Jonida Baçi – former director of ATP dismissed from office (investigation reveals friendship with Agim Ismail).
Ylli Gaxholli – former dismissed employee at ATP (Property Agency), old connection of Agim Ismaili and Jonida Baçi, former director of ATP.
Maltin Malaj – former director at the DPB in procurement with Admir Arbri, director of Prisons.
