Trial begins for hacking SPAK emails, former prison director appears in GJKKO

The first hearing has begun at the Special Court on the hacking of SPAK prosecutors' emails.
The former director general of prisons, Agim Ismailaj, appeared in the hearing. The judicial process is currently underway.
After the conclusion of the preliminary phase, the court decided to move the case to trial and, in addition to Ismailaj, Arnold Rrokaj and Zambak Gjon are also under indictment.
Agim Ismaili is being investigated at large and is accused of the criminal offenses "Illegal interception of computer data", second paragraph, committed in the special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group", provided for by articles 293/a paragraph 2, 28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.
