Company partners/ Sinan Idrizi's wife and daughter flee to Turkey, after bankruptcy and fraud with "Air Albania" aircraft leases

According to information provided by "Pamfleti", the two partners of the company "Air Albania Sh.A." - the wife and daughter of Sinan Idrizi, have fled to Istanbul, where they are staying in hiding due to large financial obligations to aircraft contractors.
Najada and Rejana Idrizi have left Albania after repeated fraud against several international airlines, which have not been paid for 4 to 7 years for aircraft leased on behalf of "Air Albania".
Both are 41% partners in the company, along with Turkish Airlines (51%) and Albcontrol (10%). After seven years of activity, Air Albania is mired in millions of euros in debt to international airlines, while Sinan Idrizi, in collaboration with Turkish Airlines executives, has continued the fraudulent schemes of leasing aircraft without paying off the debts.
One of the companies defrauded is "Gat Aircraft and Engine Leasing Limited", a subsidiary of "GA Telesis" in Florida, which has filed a criminal complaint in the High Court of England against "Air Albania" and "Turkish Airlines", for fraud with the lease of two "A320-200" aircraft.
In early August 2025, Etihad also grounded two other Air Albania aircraft, seeking criminal prosecution for fraud and non-payment.
According to airline files, the fraudulent scheme is run by Sinan Idrizi himself. His wife and daughter, who are also criminally indicted, are partners with 41% in Air Albania.
To escape criminal prosecution, Idrizi sent them both to Istanbul, where the family has set up a base of suspicious activities in collaboration with Turkish, Cypriot, Israeli and Arab mafia groups.
In the "Air Albania" partnership, Idrizi's wife and daughter are represented through the company "MDN Investment Sh.pk", created on May 3, 2018.
Two months later, on July 17, 2018, Idrizi sold 54% of the shares to his wife and daughter and 23% to Israeli Ron Yeffet - known for his monopoly in the arms and military equipment market.
After a month, Idrizi and Yeffet transferred their shares to Najada and Rejana, making them 100% owners of the company, now internationally indicted for financial fraud.
This is why Sinan Idrizi has hidden his wife and daughter in Istanbul, in the hope that they will escape criminal prosecution and the repayment of millions of euros in debt. / Taken from "Pamphlet"
